Well, let's work through this logically. Think of the entire journalism department at your school. Better yet, think of the entire journalism department here at WVU. Now, understanding that WTOV 9 serves a very small market and that the top students would be recruited to more populated areas or grabbed by network higher-ups, we come to the realization that WTOV 9 picks 'em from the bottom of the bucket. The good ones quickly graduate to Pittsburgh, while we're left with personal favorites such as Barbara Anderson...
